Day-Of Coordination

Perhaps you already know what you want. You have been planning the little details yourself, and just want someone to execute those plans, so that you can focus on enjoying each moment of your day. You and I can consult via phone or email to work around your busy schedule. I can recommend vendors, help plan budgets and timelines, assist with a ceremony rehearsal, as well as coordinate your whole wedding day or event from start to finish. Leave it up to me! The Day-Of Coordination package includes: 

  • A first meeting to learn the vision of your wedding or event and a final meeting 4-6 weeks before the wedding to finalize all last minute details. 
  • Advice and assistance for completing the wedding day timeline, ensuring that the timeline is exactly how you want it to be.
  • The itinerary distributed to all the vendors and venue coordinators.
  • One hour of coordination and assistance for the ceremony rehearsal. 
  • One on-site coordinator on the wedding day from the start of the setup until the formalities of the reception are complete. Jodi Marie Events will be at your wedding to ensure that the ceremony and reception are setup according to your specifications, to assist with the cueing of the vendors, family members and wedding party at the ceremony, to help with family or group photos post-ceremony, to assist in keeping the day running smooth, placement of simple decor details (welcome table, place cards, favours, and seating chart), and overall to act as the wedding couple's "brain" for the day. ​
  • And anything more than I can do to help make your wedding day calm, smooth, and perfect.

Partial Planning

Imagine it - your wedding day. Chances are you’ve imagined it for most of your life: the carefully thought out decor, the music, and the teary smiles on your friends and family as they watch you make the most important commitment of your life. But now you’re finally ready to put this day together and make it a reality. That is where I come in. I work with you to develop a vision for your special day. During the initial planning meetings, you and I can work out venue bookings, vendors, a concrete and realistic budget, and everything you need that will make your day extraordinary and run as smoothly as possible. The Partial Planning package includes everything in the Day-Of Coordination package, plus much more:

  • Two to three face-to-face meetings throughout the months and days leading up to your wedding.
  • Vendor research (you tell me what you're looking for in a vendor then I contact vendors for you to see if they're available, and you choose from a list of 3-5 in each vendor category).
  • Unlimited contact via email.
  • Regular check-ins to ensure that everything is on track for your big day. 
  • Wedding day timeline creation.
  • Vendor contact to confirm the services that they will provide from the start of the wedding day to the end.
  • Floor plan assistance and distribution to your contracted vendors.
  • One on-site coordinator plus an assistant on the entire wedding day.
  • And anything more than I can do to help make your wedding day calm, smooth, and perfect.

Decor Set-Up & Take-Down

You have already decided on the decor for your wedding, either through renting, as a DIY wedding, or through purchasing decor items yourself. Now all you need is an experienced professional to set it up for you. Jodi Marie Events has a team of professionals who are happy to come in, set-up the decor as per your specifications, and then come back to clean it up at the end of the night. This package includes:

  • An email questionnaire to learn the vision of the wedding, as well as how you would like your decor items implemented. 
  • A final in-person meeting to determine finalize the details, discuss the layout and determine how you would like your decor set-up.
  • Advice and consultation via email or phone with any decor related questions you may have. 
  • One or more on-site wedding professionals to set-up and take-down your decor on the day of your wedding. The exact number of wedding professionals will depend on the details and specifications of the wedding decor.
